SUP Rental at Tbilisi Sea — from 30 GEL
Paddle board rental at our own station with a pontoon. Free sun lounger with every board, alcohol-free bar on the shore. Our lagoon is wind-protected — we ride even when the open water is rough.
Paddleboarding in Tbilisi Is Easier Than You Think
SUP board rental at Tbilisi Sea is the easiest way to spend time on the water without leaving the city. Our station is 20–25 minutes by taxi from central Tbilisi. Stand-up paddleboarding needs no training: you pick up the technique within the first 10–15 minutes, and you can paddle standing, sitting or kneeling — whatever feels right.
We provide all the gear: a board, paddle, life jacket and a waterproof phone case so your photos from the water make it home safely. There is a briefing before you set off. Kids from 8 paddle on their own; younger ones share a board with a parent.
England Rugby U20s Visited Our Station
During the world rugby championship held in Tbilisi, the England U20s squad chose our station for their day off. The team spent it at Tbilisi Sea — paddle boards, the lagoon, the pontoon and a full reset before their matches. For us, there is no better endorsement of the station.

What Makes Our Station Different
Wind-Free Lagoon
The station sits in a lagoon shielded by a cape. When wind and waves pick up on Tbilisi Sea, our water stays calm — we keep working when others close.
Own Pontoon
You launch from a pontoon, not from rocks. Getting on the board, helping kids in and coming back ashore is easy — no slippery stones or murky shoreline water.
Free Sun Lounger
A free lounger comes with every board rental. One person paddles while the other sunbathes, then you swap. Or just relax after your ride.
Bar & Food on the Shore
An alcohol-free bar right at the station: fresh cocktails, tea, filter coffee, barbecue and Georgian salads. See the bar menu →
We Ride Even When the Sea Is Windy
The main challenge of paddleboarding at Tbilisi Sea is wind. The reservoir is large and open, and on windy days waves build up: riding gets uncomfortable, and rentals on open shores shut down.
Our station is positioned differently. The lagoon is covered by a cape that kills the wind and the chop. On days when whitecaps roll across the main water, our lagoon stays smooth. Not sure about the weather? Message us before heading out — we will tell you how it really is.
How to Spend a Weekend Day at Tbilisi Sea
If you are looking for things to do in Tbilisi on a weekend, Tbilisi Sea is a ready-made plan for half a day or a full one. Water, sun and hill views — 20 minutes from the city, no long drive.
A day could look like this: an hour or two on a SUP in the morning while the water is calm and quiet. Then a lounger, lunch at our bar, a swim. Towards evening, walk up to the Chronicle of Georgia monument on the hill above the reservoir — it has the best sunset view over Tbilisi Sea and the city.
The format works for any group: couples come for photo sessions on the water, families bring kids to paddle from the pontoon, groups of friends grab several boards and race each other. For company outings we run dedicated corporate programs.
And if you want more, check out our SUP tours to lakes near Tbilisi: Zhinvali, Algeti, Sioni, Paravani and the Mtkvari paddle at Mtskheta.
How to Get to the Station
By taxi or car — 20–25 minutes from central Tbilisi. There is space to park near the station.
By public transport — bus 360 from the central railway station goes straight to the Gino Paradise water park. Our station is a 10-minute walk along the shore from there.
